I have sensitive skin and am post menopausal. I’ve been using this balm now for close to a week. I can say that this has definitely increased the hydration of my skin and significantly calmed my redness on the forehead. I’m only using it on my face even though it can be used on the body. I like to use the jojoba oil for my body. This balm is pleasant in aroma, it is not overpowering, the texture is silky smooth. I am probably using around a 1/4 tsp (if that actually) on my face. It goes on silky and feels light but nourishing. I have to say I think I prefer this in the colder months (which we are having now in Canberra) to that of the Ultimate Night cream. To complement my regime in the AM I use the Gel cleanser; ultimate serum; vitamin C and then the intense balm. In the evening I take my make up off with the oil cleanser followed by ultimate serum then youth potion and then balm. Tonight is the first night I used the jojoba bean exfoliating granules in my PM routine (amazing let me just say), I’ll review that separately but I highly encourage trying the jojoba beads.
