Our Brightening Moisturisers Contain Natural Ingredients

Moisturisers are a skincare staple. Using a natural moisturiser every day can improve your skin’s hydration and maintain its integrity since they lock in water in the skin to prevent dryness and irritation. Using the right type of moisturiser for your skin type can help maintain its balance and may even combat common skin concerns such as dryness, oiliness, acne and fine lines & wrinkles

Everyone is different, that’s why we don’t create ‘one-size-fits-all’ products. Our natural brightening moisturisers are crafted with every skin type in mind, including sensitive skin.

Each moisturiser contains unique ingredients to bring the best out of your specific skin type. Some key ingredients in our moisturisers include our signature Wadi-Wadi Jojoba as well as active peptides like our NaturePep® (found in our Hydrating Peptide Day Cream), ceramides, fermented marine actives, vitamin C, Hyaluronic Acid, and plant/fruit-derived antioxidants like pomegranate and garuda.

Moisturisers not only provide intense hydration to the skin, but they also deliver other active ingredients such as antioxidants to improve complexion and reduce the chances of skin problems.

Some of the key benefits of moisturisers include protection from external stressors (such as cold/hot weather and pollution), fine line and wrinkle reduction, reducing the overproduction of sebum (helping to combat acne and oiliness), and soothing irritated skin.

Along with these benefits, some moisturisers contain SPF which further protects the skin from sun damage – one of the leading causes of premature ageing.

Jojoba is a key ingredient in our natural moisturisers. Our Wadi-Wadi Jojoba oil is unique to Australia and is known for its superior healing qualities. Closely mimicking the skin’s natural oils, Jojoba can help to regulate skin sebum and maintain balance; helping the skin help itself.

Our Jojoba is grown and harvested on our Jojoba Farm using sustainable practices. Each bottle of Jojoba is extra virgin cold pressed and filtered 14x for purity. Wadi-Wadi Jojoba is the reason why our skincare can be so effective across all skin types.

Shipping Policy

All orders are despatched NEXT BUSINESS DAY. We strive to despatch all orders made on thejojobacompany.com.au the next business day. In accordance with Australia Post, the expected delivery time is between 2-6 business days nationwide. If you are ordering outside of Australia, your parcel should arrive within 7-10 business days. Whilst the couriers we partner with endeavour to deliver all orders within a timely fashion, unfortunately during peak times (Christmas, Easter and Public Holidays) you may experience some delays.

30 Day Refund Policy 

If you have purchased an item from our website within the last 30 days and you have experienced one of the below, please contact our team on info@thejojobacompany.com.au to resolve this issue. Please provide your full name, order number and batch number (found on the underside of your bottle) in the body of the email to fast track your enquiry.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We only accept refunds or exchanges for items purchased from our website thejojobacompany.com.au If you have purchased an item from one of our stockists, you must contact the retail outlet for their returns policy.

In Case Of Allergic reaction

In the rare instance that you have had a reaction please discontinue use immediately and take a photo of your reaction and email info@thejojobacompany.com.au. Allergy returns must be less than 10% used upon arrival back to us.

In Case Of Faulty products 

If your product is faulty, please contact us at info@thejojobacompany.com.au with a description and/or photograph of the fault and our customer service team will help resolve the issue.
